hi I will apply for steptember 2016, so if I want give my CS next June 2016; how early I have to register for CS,, thanks a lot in advance.

You have to keep checking the date availability online with ecfmg.org -> online services -> cs date and scheduling.

and will also take pictures of USMLE test center exams and sell them to you
