Retaking Step 1 and 2 after 10< Years - fatima6789

I have passed step 3 last year and I am applying for residency this year, but by steps 1 and 2 have expired since I took them 12 years ago. The state of Wisconsin board, however, is not giving me permission to retake the exams. I talked to them on the phone and they said that I can only take it again at the time of my medical state license. What should I do?
