hello,
in a casa like alzhimers when they ask to do physical exam, i need to do cranial nerves or not? and in a case like depression if they ask to do physical then i do only mse or i need to do complete neurological exam..........CN, motor, sensory,reflexes.,mse?? please any body tell me
