Letter from a PD - buh

Hi guys, I received this letter from a PD after I sent an email to touch base since we are almost at Match day...
This is my top choice program, what do you guys think? Is the letter standard or it shows interest from them? Americans are so sweet and polite I can' t understand if they are just being nice or they really like me.

No one can tell what the program's thoughts are about you. Be confident in your abilities and all will be fine.

Pretty standard letter. They probably do like you, along with the majority of other applicants they interviewed.
