I choice Neisseria not chlamydiae due to 2 reasons:
1. Chlamydiae are intracellular.. , lymphocyte shoud dominant, am i right?
2. female No1. is Chlamydiae
male No1. is neisseria

Oxygen..... Chlamydiae is an obligate intracellular bacteria that is the most common bacterial cause of STD in USA. We need a speical stain (Giemsa stain) to see the cytoplamic inclusions to diagnosis. However if we use Gram stain hoping to find N.gonnora and we fail to find, then it is most likely a non-gonococal urethritis which is of Chlamydiea in origin.
