4. Small bowel biopsy.....as likely case of tropical sprue.

-- vitamin b12 looks like a choice but since person takes a longer time say more than one year for depletion of vit b12 small bowel biopsy become stronger choice

for depletion of vit B12 storage......it require atleast 3 years....(Ref. Usmle World).
