norwalk to be confused, you have different answer from other guys perhaps they got their information from different source.
I remember seeing similar question and the same answer in UW as AMP. + FLUCYTO START.

Djyoti, I think it is right to clear all misundrestandings before we proceed. if the Q was only asking for initial treatment, then Option 1..IV AMPHOTERICIN should be answer, not option 2 as indicated..Alibism
