Step 3 and H1 - cardiovert29

Posted this in the Step 3 forum but didn't get much help. Hoping this forum might be more relevant.

Applying in IM this match season and landed a few interviews at H1 sponsoring programs. My plan is to give the step 3 exam before the year ends. Do IM programs require a high score or is a pass score enough? Not planning to pursue any fellowships in the future.

from the information i have gathered so far, you just have to pass the step 3 in 1 attempt. they do not look at your scores. i have been told step 3 is difficult but doable. make sure you do NBME before taking the exam.
