I would suggest to go over UW questions/educational objectives.

I never used MTB so I can't comment on it.

For day 1 one you can definitely pay attention to biostat, ethics, and pharm (MOA and side effects)

Good luck.

Toxicity,

I got a 185 about a month and a half out from my exam date and managed to pull a 206, but i also konw people that got a uwsa score higher than that who failed. Be careful. You have to know that you are taking a big risk. You do not want a failure on your record. My advise would be to push your exam back at least an extra month.

If you know you are taking a risk and you still want to take your exam, I would advise you to 1) make sure your ccs is sharp (uw ccs and archer ccs helped me) and 2) consolidate your knowledge in mtb and uw by reviewing it over and over again, especially your weak points, 3) and going to the uwsa and figuring out why you got things wrong.

below is my experience with the exam and how i prepped:

Toxicity, how is your time management. My major challenge with uwsa and even mbme was timing. For mbme I had about 3-4 questions unanswered per block that I guessed to make the time. In uwsa it increased to about 5 per block, also randomly guessed. I kept working on my time, telling myself that I would be better.

The exam was almost as bad. I didn't have time to go back to flagged questions. There was one particular block that I had 3 questions that I guessed to meet the time. I'm talking about day 1 questions. So, if your time management is anything like mine, you might want to try to work on it.

Something else you can do is to identify your weak areas and work on it. Note that if your foundation is weak, mtb 3 is just a review book, and will not do much of anything to help with that.
