I am doing MTB and Uworld for prep, need to know how to approach for this last week of study. should i keep doing uworld once more? any kind words at this high and stressful time.

Keep revising u world and MTB. And also practice CCS everyday.
Also revise biostats and formulas

You are doing good i feel but you may want to add archer. For CCS , i feel the best secrets are in Archer and it will help correct UW software mistakes so you exactly know how to do CCS on exam PRIMUM software
