58 year old woman return to the office bcuz of heavy substernal chest pain that is relieved by nitroglycerin and rest . the pain occurs with exertion and is acc by some shortness of breath and sweating . 6 months she had CABG operation. vital sign today are normal. the patient is well develop, well nourished and in no acute distress. ekg show sinus rhythm withinterved t waves in v2, v4. what the next appropriate next step .
