I would chose E for E.coli, most common cause of UTI

was between e and b, staph saprophyticus, common in sexually active women.

It is Staphylococcus saprophyticus, a common cause of UTI in sexually active young women. The organism is part of normal flora around urethra and vagina in them. The organisms are pushed in to bladder during sexual act. It is catalase positive and coagulase negative.

@hopkinstutoring why not e. coli? First Aid says Ecoli is the leading cause of Ecoli. S. Sapro is only 2nd leading cause in sexually active women.

*E* CORRECT ANS HERE @crashing A Gram (-) bacterium capable of reducing nitrates to nitrites.

E.coli MCC of cystitis overall (uncomplicated cystitis and pyelonephritis) in F consists mainly of 75 to 95% & should be assumed to be the cause of ANY case of cystitis unless contrary culture characteristics & paint a different picture.

you are right e.coli is leading cause of uti in general
this lady has honeymoon cystitis the leading cause is Stap,so 27,honey moon bloody urine-stap

this is a cliche .........presentation
