two questions
1 - can the j1 be a littel early ? before june 1st. i need SSN for alot of hospital clearance and HR related things
2 - if you are already in the US, can you go to the airport and have CBP issue the j1 stuff or do you have to leave the country and re enter? if you do the change of status by mail, does anyone know how long it takes?
