Hello , please I need help.
I have been trying to pay for my CK exam using credit card.
It keeps declining.
I am sure of all information I am entering. I have enough amount of money. I tried calling the bank and also VISA company , they all checked the cards and they say it is running fine and the problem isn't from their sides.
I tried using other cards from my parents. Also declined.
The bank representatives said that the problem is that the website isn't reading the security code number.
I called ECFMG. They asked me to pay through Form 900, I faxed to them , but they email me later saying it was also declined.
Anyone every had this problem.
The two banks said it isn't their problem. And ECFMG saying it isn't their problem.
WHAT CAN I DOOOOOOOOOOO ! please help
