Hello there...

What if I buy a token and dont used it ie. dont apply to residency, no documents upload etc... Is still count that I apply and then I get classified as a repeat applicant or doesn't not stay in record?

your application will not be present in the record i think so

I called them about this issue, they said after every year,they clear up everything from their computer. So even if you ask for any help for your previous document they can't.They can help you to retrieve your ID or password.
