RENAL FAILURE is the M.C.C of Acute Pericarditis (Uremic Pericarditis ↑ BUN more 100 mg/dL)
S/S Friction Rub is practically Dx of PERICARDITIS. NSDx EXCERSIVE ECG.
Diffuse Concave ST elevation, PR depression and occasionally flipped T waves will be present on the ECG (Best Dx Test of A.P.)
The pain is related to breathing this is an important difference between the pain of dissecting aortic aneurysms in which the pain is unrelated to breathing
