How can I add my Psychiatry externships in my IM residency application.
If I do not add my Psychiatry externships in my CV, assigning my letters of recommendations for psychiatry to Psychiatry Programs wont show synchronicity with my CV. But, If I add my psych externships in my CV, IM people would know I 've used my CV for backup psychiatry residency too.

No it won't for IM programs.
But, any medicine prior experience does help in Psychiatry application. Have someone ever done this before?
