Does ECFMG Status report automatically updates in ERAS after receiving a new score?

Are we supposed to pay for ECFMG certification after completing all the steps?

You don't have to pay anything and its an automated process. As soon as you receive the results for all three steps they usually send an email saying you are eligible for certification.It may take upto 2 weeks for the physical copy to reach you. But if you've already applied to programs, you may have to re-transmit the USMLE transcript after it gets updated.

there is no need to pay anything to ECFMG... after completing the steps you need to update
