ECFMG credentials question - so4u2004so

I would like to know if I can apply for credentials verification with out applying for exam because if I do so the eligibility period will start and I will have to start an eligibility period for an exam I am not ready at all for yet even after a year period specially that verification of credentials in my country takes for ever.

it is not suggested to go for credential verification .

prepare for the exam well first and attend the exam

Then you can start for verifying credentials. The important thing at present is to prepare well for the exam
