Cardiovascular: chest pain
CNS: migraine, depression, insomnia, fever Dermatologic: Rash Endocrine and metabolic : hot flashes GI: Nausea, dyspepsia, vomiting, flatulence, gastroenteritis, weight gain Genitourinary: vaginitis, urinary tract infection, cystitis, leukorrhea Neuromuscluar and skeletal: Leg cramps, arthralgia, myalgia, arthritis Respiratory: sinusitis, pharyngitis, cough, pneumonia, laryngitis Miscellaneous: infection, flu syndrome, diaphoresis Less than 1%: Hypertriglyceriemia (in women with a hx of increased triglycerides in response to oral estrogens)

--since no body answered --raloxifene even it is antiestrogen receptor it does not work in uteruine receptor and but it is agonist for bone so it treats osteoporosis and prevent from breat caancer--then why it is not as popular as it should be because it has got those side effect whiteblue mentioned

1. Bone, 2. uterus, 3 breast Agonist and antagonist for 1,2, 3? a. Ramoxifen b. Tamoxifen djyoti already mentioned Ramoxifen but would someone please list a summary on this question?
