#1
A 21 y/o G3 P2 present to you in 19 wk by dates. You quad screen test reveals; ↑ hCG, Inhibin A and ↓uE3 and AFP. Fetal size eq is 17.5wks. Head norm size but INC nuchal thickness noted and extremities appear norm. The heart both ASD and VSD essentially seem to create one large chamber in the heart. Also, you can predict kido would have one bubble in the stomach and the other bubble is the query of air before that area of duodenal. The ratio AFI also is up.

Q) Is there any chrom abonrm likely to present? If so, most typically/MC between
which chromosomes?

The ASD and VSD endocardial cushion defect
The bubble - Double bubble sign of duodenal atresia
Nuchal trannsluency, Increase in hCG and Inhibin A and decrease in AFP

This seems to point to Down syndrome
Unbalanced translocation between 14 and 21
