Hi guys, I've been providing a lot of Step 1 advice to people at my school and this forum was really helpful to me when studying so I figured I'd post here.

While I can't speak to the content of actual administrations of Step 1, there is a significant amount of neuro you should be familiar with for Step 1, particularly neuro-anatomy and structure-function correlates. Biochem of course shows up too, but I've found the NBME only likes to test certain seemingly random facts, which is why I created flashcards based off of questions I got wrong instead of trying to memorize all of biochem.

Here is what i don't get. why does everyone say i cant speak to contents of exam? Kaplan teachers constantly mention specific qs, they don't get into trouble. so why are we so scared to share.
