Hey all...i need sincere advice friends....i am currently in US and the my DS2019 got approved yday...now i am in fix...i am not able to make a decision whether I shud do Change of status frm H4 to J1 here in the US or go to India to get a visa stamped....my USCIS centre is processing feb 14th cases...so there's a 8wks delay which means if i apply now it wud be june end when I get it...it means i cant apply for license in June to start on July 1st....not able to make any sense.....pls help...give ur valued views....
