PA/ MPH..Any suggestions pls.. - sharan

I an IMG. I did not match twice. I am thinking of other options like PA or MPH.
Any suggestions what will help among the two to get into residency in future?
Do you know any IMG's who did MPH or PA and got into residency?

I did MPH, doing a good job but its dead end. PA has tons of possibilities so do PA

hay buddy r u sure PA is a better option?
with PA you would be having only pvt clinical experience not hospitals.....so how would it help to get into residency?
