6 year, peanut allergy in school, unconscious, failed resus with cpr and epinephrine at school; taken to ER and immediate relief achieved after IV epi, antihistamine and steroids. Most appropriate disposition:
(1) admission to hospital for 24 hours
(2) consult immunologist in ER
(3) discharge with script for antihistamine and steroids
(4) discharge with instructions to followup with pediatrician within 24 hours
(5) observe for at least 2 hours in ER
