Which university programs to consider? - jass143007

Recently graduated IMG, with 265 on both steps and one month of clerkship at Mayo.
I would like to apply and match at an university program. But I can not send application to all the programs.
Can anyone help me out which university programs should i consider the most?
Do top ranking programs consider img for an interview if i meet all their requirements? Or they just ignore IMGs and go straight to american grads?

Check out the lists for US top hospitals and top residency programs, then check their lists of current residents to find out which one accepts IMGs and which does not.
