Hello everyone,

I am a Canadian citizen too and I was wondering what type of visa is needed to attend our interviews in the US?

Should we tell the officer we are going for an interview for medical residency?

Is it possible I will get banned from entry especially if it is multiple (back to back) interviews in different states?

Always tell them the truth. Your truth is not a bitter truth. You should be fine. Canadians are usually not rejected Visas. If it's destined for you to get the visa, you will get it no matter what you say.
