I would firstly like to congratulate you on getting done with the steps. Nicely done!

My personal opinion on whether to apply in November would be to try next year. Why you would ask?

1. Application cost.
2. Few programs end their application acceptance in November.
3. The positions get filled.

BUT.... I personally know one person who applied in November. He/she had to call to all the programs and let them know he/she had applied. It was a struggle but he/she did get interviews. He/she did not match however because of family/financial issues.

Disclaimer:
Please don't think I am putting you down. To have completed the exam is and will always be an achievement. This residency process is tricky and we need to play it smart.

What can you do in the meantime
1. Gain US Clinical experience. You will gain experience and build valuable contacts
2. Keep working in a health-related field.
3. Step 3 if you can

I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you

I dont think it will be useful, you may get filtered. Try to apply next year.
Get hands-on rotations in hospitals which are more useful for the application.
