Aside from doing uworld for step 3. Does anyone have any recommendations on another question bank that would be good for step 3?
Which review books would you recommend between first aid, MTB, secrets or step up to medicine or any other?

Uworld should the primary resource.

Kaplan Step three lecture notes are available for IM, Surg, Peds, ObG. They are definitely good but they're very long.

Master the Boards for Step 3 is basically a summary of the Kaplan lecture notes so you don't have to do both, try to do one or the other. Use MTB3 for everything, but you can use the kaplan notes when you are really stuck on the basics of something and do not just want a list format for the entire topic.

I highly advise that you do not use any qbank other than uworld as the rest of them are really poor in quality and updates.

Out of the books you suggested, it comes down to personal preference. MTB is probably most common, but Step Up is probably equivalent to it in usefulness. All of these books are summary, high-yield books so they are really not that different from one another. They all list the common topics of all organ systems. The format and pictures or tables are different, but you can use any of them. First Aid is good if you want something similar to Step 1 style.

You can try them all but pick one pretty quick and then just stick to that one only.
