Could you please let me know of deadlines that I must keep in mind while building a time line for 2021 match like by when i should have all my scores and by when I should apply for ECFMG registration and by when I should start sending applications.

You need to have all the scores and all the documents like LORs, PS, CV, medical school transcripts before September. So that you can start sending the application on September 5th to the programs you want to match into.
