How to improve on Immuno/ Renal ? General priniciples? Any suggestion will help.

I am using Archer intense prep now and you will learn everything from this compared to uworld. I would do Archer to learn CCS and uworld to practice on software. Other courses are just pdf files and cases Archer is supposed to be the criterion standard for CCS since UW does not replicate original software for training. Archer uses same exact software and the key is how to practice on original exam software, Archer exactly shows you and about 80 cases protocol on exact exam software are there in the intense prep. Would spend atleast 1hour a day on these videos!!
