all exams passed in fist attempt,I am IMG graduated in 2012 what are my chances for the match?I am very worried waht to do next?

2 red flags:

1.) Very low step 1 score. Many computers will automatically filter you out.
2.) Old graduation date: 2012 which puts you 8 years since last graduated.

You will need to go to every program website and see if they accept anyone with a graduation date longer than 5 years. Look into IM programs since they seem to be more forgiving on graduation date.

You do have a chance. But i recommend you find as many observership and research opportunities in the mean time.

Having a less score and being an old graduate it will be red flag for the application. But completing Step 3 exam will help with the score it can improve your application and gaining multiple hands-on clinical experience will make the CV strong and shows PDs that you can clinically active it can be help with your 2012 graduation.
