Hello,
I am thrilled to have matched. As an IMG I have very little guidance from my medical school.
It would be great if someone who has been through the process can share their experience and the steps from matching to starting residency in July.
My main concerns are the visa and state licence. I have passed step 3 and so what is the process for the H1 visa. I will be in PA, the licensure website has a long list of requirements but it feels like this is for docs have completed a residency.
I may be a bit eager and I should wait for the program to email me.
Any advice is appreciated.
