please correct me if i am wrong , ABO blood group incompatibility:
The diagnosis is made when the infant is A, B or AB and has a positive direct Coombs test and a positive indirect Coombs result for anti-A or anti-B. The mother will lack the A or B antigen which is positive in the indirect Coombs test.

notes:

-Methanol intoxication and Ethylene glycol (envelope shape oxalate crystal) intoxication for both Fomepizole( inhibits alcohol dehydrogenase )
- Acetaminophen intoxication tx; N-Acetylcysteine (replace the glutathione reductase that is depleted)
-Nystagmus+ ataxia+ drowsiness +Patient with hx of seizures: Phenytoin (Dilantin) toxicity
-BPH tx Finasteride (5 alfa-reductase) + Doxazosin(Cardura ) or tamsulosin((Flomax) (peripheral alfa blocker)
(blocks production of Dihydrotestosterone) (Relax internal urinary spjinter )
If ALL fail -> TURP ( transurethral resection of the prostate )
-VARENICLINE (BLOCKS NICOTINE BINDING ) TX SMOKING SENSATION

hey!!!! here some notes :
- Hyper PTH  Increased PTH : PTH Dependent : Primary or Terciaria HPT. Familial or Lithium
- Hyper PTH  Decreased PTH : PTH Independent: ( Measure prPHT/VD25/VD25-1:Malignancy/Vitamin D toxicity/ granulomatosis/immobilization
- AG: NA+ ( CL + HCO3): 10-14
- Educate HIV patient about prognosis is better than other education about disease
- BB (Unopposed alpha-1 receptor mediated VC) Not safe in Mi and Acute cocaine ingestion,
- MI due to cocaine : “DAN”
- -Aspirin: throm
- - Nitroglycerine: Reduce BP and Vent wall stress
- -BZD: reduce sympathetic /decreased Htn, Tach. VC
- -BB: CONTRAINDICATED
- -CCB: (amlodipine ) reduce M ischemia
- -PCI : Cocaine /thrombus
