iS A TOPICAL ANTIBIOTIC WHOSE MOA you probably dont need to know. Is no good for bullous impetigo.

Newer antibiotic(pseudomonic acid A) which selectively binds to bacterial isoleucyl tRNA synthetase and prevents incorporation of isoleucin into bacterial protein.
