gun shot injury to all zones-surgical explorns
stab injury to zone 3-do arteriogram and triple endoscopy-tracheal esophageal and broncho and then surgery stab injury tozone 1-arteriography -then surgery stb injury to zone 2-if platysma ruptured-surgery if platysma not ruptured and pt asymptomatic-observe
