Pathology 28%
Pharm 25%
Physio 10%
all the other subjects 37%

Don't waste time on selecting material. If you have Kaplan, just stick to it. By reading different books you will just get confused. The exam is all about clearing your concepts. Any review book is good enough for it. A teacher in the Kaplan course that I attended said it is 40% patho, 25% pharma and don't remember the %age for physio. You really can't go by these %ages. There is a lot of pathophysio questions, so where do you put these? But if you want an order, then yes it is patho, pahrma, physio and then the rest. I saw a lot of Bio-chem on my exam. And Pharma seemed too little considering its importance. Then I had very few immuno and genetics. Everyone gets a different exam, so you really can't go by %ages. These are just there to form an idea, but there is no hard and fast rule. You can't ignore a subject because you are going to get less questions from it. Like the course I attended there was a teacher for Microbilology who said that you will get 20% questions from Immunology out of the total micro questions. Now you don't get a whole lot of micro on the exam. And so immuno is 20% of that. Must be really less. Another thing she said was that lot of tough immuno questions on exam means that these are just "test-questions" which won't be scored. The immuno questions that are scored are actually simple and strightforward. Besides, everyone comes from their experience. Those who find immuno and genetics difficult will report they had lot of it, because that is where they spent most time worrying and getting anxious in their exam. No one would bother about a question which they breezed through. Kaplan has enough of genetics and it is more about doing questions. Do more questions for any subject that you are having a problem with. It will teach you how to do a question on the exam. My cousin took the exam and he was complaining there was lot of renal physiology, pathology on his exam. And he finds it difficult, so that is what he saw. Then another person who told me about the exam also had lot of Bio-chem on her exam. So every exam is different. There is no fixed module. If your concepts are clear and you practice a lot doing questions then the questions in the exam are pretty doable. Best of luck.
