i don't have green card i am on H4 viza .how does this affect on getting the residency .i scored 85/89/91 .in 1,2 and3 step respectively .

So far you have done very good, who so ever will give you residency they can sponsor either for a J1 or H1 visa, donot worry, you will get a slot somewhere, meanwhile try to find some observership in some hospital or volunteer is some lab. to enrich your C.V.
