Hi,
does any one remember this qt...i remember only part of it.
pt has mild lichenification over antecubital and popliteal fossae .what is diagnosis?
1. eczema herpeticum
2.keratosis pilaris
3.lichen planus
4. pityriasis rosea
5.herpes zoster.
please help,if you know answer.thanks.

ans is 1. eczema herpeticum. The skin findings in the case are for Ch. Atopic dermatitis and these pt.s usually use steriods creams locally for a long time and develop among other complications eczema herpeticum.
