a previously healthy girl 14yrs comes to doc wth2d h/o fever and pain andswelling of rt knee..she gives h/o injury to rt knee last wk while playing soccer.but was able to finish the game...no h/o rash or joint pain...her sis has h/o inflammtry bowel disease

rt knee exam--tenderness swelling warmth erythema ROM limited
