i m a neurosurgeon from india.my age is 37 years,i have passed step-1 usmle exam.....pl advice me how i can get residency/fellowship in neurosurgery in usa with low scores.......all your suggestions will be greatly helpful to me....goodluck for ur exams!!!

Hi universe, I feel the pain, but there are some realities, so no body is able to tell you that you will get or not, based on data and facts which I used for me (was in the same boat some five years ago) I did realistic decision, but if you are dedicated to neurosurgery the only way I can suggest get closer to some program or person( who is a stronghold neurosurgeon) prove your professional,technical abilites your hard work your dedication, and this could be in any position as observer,assistant, reasearch etc etc, now how will you get it, try try try, keep your faith and prayers, and remember God never turn those back who trust Him.
