husband brought her 44 year old wife to emergency.according to him,they were having dinner,when his wife said all of sudden,that she is having headache,which is worst headache of my life.after one min,she became unconscious.on the way to hospital she gained some consciousness.in emergency,her vitals r normal xcept blood pressure of 170/105.on examination she is having mild nuchal rigidity and right sided hemepresis.ct scan is ordered.whats ur diagnosis on basis of history.
1)sub-arachnoid hemmorhage
2)intracerebral hemmorhage
3)cerebellar hemorrage
4)menengitis

guys,
r u sure of it. hypertension,hemepresis goes in favour of intracerbral bleed.
head and nuchal rigidity can occur with cerebral bleed.
hemepresis is very rarely associated with sah.
somebody come up with more evidence..
