I got 84 in step 1( first attempt) an 90 step 2 ( 1st attempt also) I am a citizen IMG, I have no clinical expirience in USA,What are my chances in Pediatrics? I"ll appreciate any advice

You can apply to internal med, FP, psyche to start with. Many of the different programs are reviewed on scutwork.com But I think you shouldn't choose the specialty that you CAN get into, but rather one you'll actually enjoy getting up at 6 a.m. for!

You should have no probs gettin into peds . You are US IMG so no visa problems , that makes a lot of difference. All you have to do is to get hold of the programs that take IMGs and apply !
