USMLE is the exam that require you to think. I dont agree with you dr_varder,if we think time will be lost.time per question is only one minutes,30 minutes for reading the question ,so exam is a name of second and in seconds we cannot think.
I took step 2 ck twice but failed inspite I have good concept,failed got 41,second attempt 68.
I moved to step 1,and practising question,we are all doctors and we understand mechanism and pathophysiology, and now getting percnetage higher
Do not take any comments offensive just friendly.
