Hi I am an Img. step1 89(second attempt), cs result in aug.,taking ck in sep end, two Us Lor s, will be applying in third wk oct (will be ecfmg certified by then). Need H-1

Will it be too late? What are the chances of getting interviews?

a little bit late. given step 1 attemps you need to score high instep 2.
