conductance is opposite of resistance so if resitance goes down because of local vasodilation by adenosine then conductance goes up....!!

correct answer is E
muscle use greater amount of O2 during excercise,which reduces the concentration of O2 in tissues.this decrease in tissue concentrationpromotes the formation of adenosine.recall that adenosine is simply adenosine triphosphate(ATP)without the phosphate group.During conditions of low O2 in tissues ,adenosine levels rise cuz O2 phosphorylation is impaired.this rise in adenosine levels in the muscle leads to the dilation of arteriolescuz adenosine is a potent vasodilator under normal physiologic conditions.
