Saan, i use qbank as leraning tool, it is the best qbank to undestand concepts.
I did online qbank(mix) and my score was low, so i decided to practice more,more, and more
The more you practice, the better you learn.
Do well qbank, read correct and wrong answers and if you are close to ur exam, try to do mix and make sure to finish before 3 weeks (if you sign up for one month) and the last week try to focus on watever you missed; and after that you can go to check wat you have learned with NBME.

thanks sao.i have 3 minths subscription.i have applied for sep oct nov.n want to take in sep .
i havent revised all sub ject yet so when i do mix qs i really get v low score but sub which i have revised i m doing ok in them.what i think if i dont know material obviously i wont get correct ans.thats y i m doing with sub .but few other pple told me to do mix.i will try.thanks for ur advice.good luck.
