I notice that some people are claiming to have step3 dvds. Has anyone lost money this way. Please post a message detailing your experience.

I don't know, I did it and it worked fine for me. I also have step 3 material and I sent some even to New Zeeland! It depends, if you deal with real test takers, they should be usually fair (at least I consider being so)!
