this delay is done intensionally to give chance to us grad to fill the seats then what itis left is for img do not think simple with tthose people

that is not thoughtful
eras is standard for all.. even american grads are facing this problem with the transcripts. its just that our deans office in usa is ecfmg and theirs is their med school. but eras is standard for all

IMGs are not competition to AMGs. if you look at stats almost all of the 15,000 AMGs that graduate get into residency every year. there are 5,000 odd residencies that 10,000 IMGs compete for every year, thats nearly 50% match. ERAS/ECFMG , I believe dont have to play cheap tricks. unofficial rules exist and those protect the AMGs. you guys just relax. there is nothing we can do. we did all we can.
