important q about usmle transcript - pkg2000

I had applied to 2 programs yestersay. My usmle transcript was uploaded to the eras post office today and was transmitterd to those programs. tonight, I have applied to 20 more programs. however, on the ADTS, it shows that my usmle transcript has not been uploaded for those 20 programs? can anyone explain why? how long will it take for the transcript to be uploaded to those programs?
when the usmle transcript is already in the post office for the first time, why should it not upload automatically to the other programs?

I am having the same problem too,and it seems to me more random actually,cuz it is been uploaded in some application i applied after earlier ones who haven't been uploaded yet
